It’s been over thirty years since "gringo Jeff"- stunt-double by trade and surfer by calling- discovered this wonderful place and made it his haven. Over the years, a great number of people have taken up the actor’s invitation to share a beer in his quaint little cabin. You could say he didn’t really hide the pride he felt for having built a haven a few steps away from the best waves in the world.

 

Some say that he rarely let out more than three words in a row in Spanish. The "gringo" didn't need language to communicate with the two great loves that Chile gave him; while his board allowed him to talk to the waves, the connection he shared with his wife didn't require words...
