Our Condominium will have a Real Estate Co-ownership Regulation duly registered in the Real Estate Registry of Pichilemu. This Regulation will, mainly, install Architecture and Landscaping regulations to secure harmony and quality throughout the lots.

An Architectural Blueprint and Private Building Conditions will be designed for Olas de Punta Lobos. The Blueprint will define the distances, heights, and zoning regulations necessary for guaranteeing views of the ocean and the Pichilemu countryside.
